Let's Play #8: Mother (Earthbound Zero) (GBA-Japan Only) This is my Let's Play of Mother 1 (Earthbound Zero), a GBA game that was only released in Japan. This is the prequel to Earthbound, and is a GBA remake of the Famicom game. This game changes a bit by adding in an easy ring, and lessening the enemy encounter rate a bit. Enemies also give more experience and money for defeating them. This game was translated directly from the Japanese Famicom version and therefore has some translation differences with the NES game that was translated by NOA. This game is only playable in North America by downloading a translated ROM. Hope you guys like this!

Let's Play #9: Earthbound Zero (Mother) (Famicom-Japan Only) This is my Let's Play of Earthbound Zero, this is the Famicom equivalent to the GBA release that was actually translated by NOA. But was not released because of its release date being pushed all the way back to near when the SNES was being released. This game lacks the easy ring from the GBA version, and the enemy encounter rate is much higher. But enemies give less money and experience for defeating them. There are also some translation differences. All of these changes I will being going over during the course of this LP. I hope you enjoy!
