first things first...i listen to all kinds of music. anything from beethoven to behemoth. i listen to reggae, rock, a little bit of rap, classical, and various bands from ALL sub-genres of metal. now i don't like country, alot of MTV rap, and a random amount of bands. but i'm not gonna talk shit about or say i hate any of them. like alot of people on here seem to LOVE doing. they are obviously good at what they do, regardless of my opinion. all i have to say is, good for you for having a better tolerance to that music than i do.
my opinion is not better than anyone else's and i don't always win an arguement. in fact the people who would put right here that they do always win, are just stupid. there's an arguement right there, that they would lose. i mean, to say you always win an arguement, is to say when you were born you were already as smart as you have always been...which is pathetic, to think that you lack the ability to learn...also, alot of people think they win an arguement or "destroy" someone when the other person blocks them. you didn't change anyone's mind about anything. i see the one who blocked you as the intellegent one. they realized they're in a dead arguement that's going nowhere. so they were the more mature one to just end it. yay for you for destroying them...immature douchebags. disagree with me all you want. it just means that you are your own individual.

now, i'm kinda tired of hearing everyone say what they THINK is emo and what's metal. first off, let's define the word emo. although someone claimed it means blood in latin, it's only derived from latin. it's actually part of the italian prefix haemo. which does mean blood. and it means BUY or ACQUIRE in LATIN. but in finnish it means MOTHER. however according to today's context it's just an abbreviation. which means it's short for what kids? EMOTIONAL!!! the true musically referenced definition of the word EMO has slightly changed since the early 90's.

2. An individual or group of people associated with the subculture and musical style of definition (1)
3. Any form of guitar-driven alternative rock that is particularly or notably emotional
4. An individual or group of people associated with a fashion or stereotype of definition (3)
5. A young person who is considered to be over-emotional or stereotypically emo.
only a band who is influenced by emotion, can truely be called emo. now i've always believed emo to mean all these whiny little rich kids bitching about how shitty life is. but some have made claims that trivium is emo. well sure, they have songs that seem kinda angry. since anger is an emotion, i guess they are emo. with that said, EVERYONE is emo. name one band on this planet that lacks complete emotion. rap is emo, jazz is emo, blues is emo. even your death metal is emo. seeing it is they talk about death, which is a pretty emotional subject, regardless if the emotion is sympathy, anger, or sadness. now that EVERYONE is emo, let's talk about "real" metal. hmmm.....alot of "metalheads" pretty much say, anything that's not death, just isn't metal. but yet those same people listen to black sabbath, van halen, and killswitch engage. surely, they have a few screws loose if they think van halen is death metal. i guess what my point is, it's JUST an OPPINION. if you like the color green, some fag who likes purple isn't going to get you to like purple too. saying who the best bands are, is like saying what your favorite color is...it matters to no one else but YOU!
how pathetic would it make me, if i started making anti-deathmetal videos or if i started making "stolen riff" videos. that would make me quite the fucking loser with nothing to do with my life. it would prove to be nothing more than a fat fucking waste of my time. seeing it is, a lot of music has been borrowed by many different groups of people. including pachelbel's cannon, which has been "stolen" by a number of different bands ranging from aerosmith to green day and even vitamin c. but even the star spangled banner bares an adopted melody. the original is known as the anacreontic song... so anyway who whines like a little kid with a skinned knee about how ''this band" likes to "steal" riffs, is just not very bright. go find something more productive to do with you time.
guess what one of the worst trends ever is? you've been !!DESTROYED!!.....how fucking trendy is it now, to have a list right here, of the people i "!!DESTROYED!!" or a list of "mallcore faggots" or "Emo Fags Who Want To Be Exterminated" i mean, really....the one's with this shit on their pages, like to talk about how trends and fads are stupid. but yet, they're part of the biggest trend on youtube. grow up, that shit's for 14 year olds.
