Almost everyone has visited their local Roller Rink and in recent years seen skaters in the parks and on the paths too -- their skates seeming to be an extension of their bodies. Skating is a passport to motion, speed and freedom like no other. Inline Speed Skating or Inline Racing is a competitive form of skating in which participants race each other on inline skates, in exciting and challenging race formats.
As well as being great fun and an exciting challenge, Speed Skating is a great way to make new friends, keep fit, and learn new skills. Skate Victoria offers competitions in a season which runs from August to April.
