@MajorGeneralAsbo Correct the Bouncer CAN be dione for Assault. Not quite correct on the public sidewalk issue. Often Bars get dispensations from local town and city councils to operate like this. It is usually given in circumstances where the Bar has ioutside tables and chairs or holding outside...

@doormanparadox I think it was done reasonably well... Although not a well thought out plan. If yoour using an armed response typed manouvre than perhaps they should've involved the Police first en-route even, then entered together.
