Q: How do you make a simulation?
A:Copy and paste a blank world map from google images. Then use paint to fill in the countries with color, make arrows, text, etc. Save each time, as a different file, when you're finish with a "slide" and then you could put it together in the movie maker. Sounds, title, credits can be added in the movie maker.
