LUNAR CIRCUS played under a number of names (Sweet Poison, Suite Poison & 20,000 Legs Under The Centipede) through the 80s and into the 90s and now in 2000 and onward as Zedblunt. Playing only original material, the vast majority of the huge repertoire of songs takes on social, political and environmental issues using twisted, satirical lyrics as the preferred weapon of choice.
About Me:
When Michael Graham went back to being an artist Raoul Hawkins took over bass. Wendy Moles from Mr. X began to play keyboards on a few tunes and soon after Sweet Poison disbanded to reform as Lunar Circus, now joined by Tim Otto on sax and Tim Walker on bass. After Lunar Circus Howard and Scott formed an acoustic two-piece act and played under the name 20,000 Legs Under the Centipede.
All the musicians from these bands are still playing and spread from Tasmania to New York. Howard is the only Lunar Circus member in Sydney and he plays up beat acoustic gigs with Arron Fletcher on guitar, bass and backup vocals.
