Pete, great job on the video. I'm first generation Italian and perhaps I can help with the terminology. It is a sauce and will remain a sauce until you add meat. Once meat is added it becomes a gravy. Meatless sauce is called Marinara SAUCE. Some Italians will argue that for it to be a true gravy...

Pete, I just got my first Bushmaster AR-15 and I can't wait to add the Hoague grips. I'm trying to decide if I want to change out the fore grip to a quad rail or just enjoy it the way it is.
