@Hapedaz Hey i know its been a while since i posted, but my shoulder tends to go in cycles. I'm 26 with the shoulder of a 55 year old. However i find that after a very warm Epsom salt bath with good icing following that most of the pain is gone until i land on it or have too much throwing motion....
