@LtChicken Stereo cable? I have the Fender Ultra Chorus (it's predecessor... I believe they changed the name to avoid getting sued.. so guess the specs stayed the same). My footswitch works perfectly fine with a mono cable... both gain channel and chorus can be switched on/off.

The chorus reminds me of Photograph from Nickelback

A footswitch belongs to your amp, you use it to for instance turn off your amps distortion channel or effects channel.
