@HVYMETAL1 Yes, the Black and Blue concert was released. This is an EXTREMELY rare album cast in translucent blue vinyl and it's next to impossible to find. Check Ebay or Craigslist, but I seriously doubt that anyone who owns it would be willing to sell it at ANY price!
