@anticravity pretty sure this isn't the only workout he does. Most athletes completely change their workouts every now and then. I mean, he doesn't even do core work here and everyone knows a fighter's life is his core

@GenesisAthleticPerf Does the floor press put more stress on the triceps or chest? and when should it be done? beginning of workout or towards the end?
