I am a 57 year old child, wayward spirit, racantour.. you get the idea!

My wife & I own 20 acres of Chihuahuan Desert, near Terlingua, TX.

This is our "retirement home", though I must still work part time, until I hit 62.

Out here though, anyone can go from Joe Lunch Box to Jimmy Buffet just by buying some land and setting up housekeeping!

I an a freelance photojournalist, though nothing has been published the last couple of years. We are busy now anyway, building an Earthship home out of about 80& recycled & re-purposed material.
