It's easy once you stop drinking pop. Takes some doing, especially avoiding Fast Food restaurants where all they serve is pop to drink. Does well for your stomach too. I had to give up pop for entirely different reasons than weight loss, but I feel much better having done it.

haha! funny story. when i was younger at my babysitters these two boys went hunting the day before so they brough our baby sitter some rabbit stew and we all had it for lunch. they wouldnt tell me what it was till after i was finnished eating it. lol it was yummy though. but im never again going to eat a rabbit. cause i just cant eat it knowing it used to be all fluffy and furry and cuddley
