Dr. McDougal is a Chiropractor and Health Coach. He has been personally active in human performance and wellness for over 20 years. He has over a decade of training in martial arts including time as an instructor, and currently holds the rank of 2nd degree black belt in Chun Kuk Do.

As a professionally trained and licensed Chiropractor, Dr. McDougal has worked with thousands of patients in a wide variety of health clinics. His hands-on experience and skill has allowed him to help athletes, lumbar disc injuries, headaches originating from dysfunction of the cervical spine,as well as individuals who have sustained work related injuries, car accidents, or who simply want to maintain optimal health and wellness. He has treated patients from within 1 hour of being born, to patients in their 90's, and everything in-between.

As a husband and father, Dr. McDougal has several years of experience utilizing everyday wellness practices including diet and food preparation, as well as many pro-active and preventative activities to maintain an optimal state of health.
