Id simply stay away from, bread, potatoes, pasta, cereals, sugar etc for 4-7 days followed by 1-2 moderate / high carb days with these foods. 1 meal is enough to return your hormones back to baseline. if you do have any of those foods make sure you do so after your workouts!! Simples :-)
