I do agree with him in some way, a lot of the newer generations of PAP MPs and Ministers behave like trees, they dont respond no matter how much you feedback.

Is he trying to suggest that with a stronger Sing dollar we should buy all our basic needs and necessities from overseas? Else I do not see how a stronger Sing dollar can translate to a better living standard or lower cost of living.
