Why is it ok to show pride for your culture and heritage, as long as your not white? Why the double standard when it comes to white Pride?

I can’t think of one black organization that discriminates on the basis of color. In fact, most black organizations are open to all people as well as having white people employed in high positions and on the board of directors! Can you say that about “white” organization?
