About silverdroid's channel

Showcasing my electronic music recordings from the past 10 years. Mainly focussing on minimal and dub techno, yet will showcase other genres too including Acid, Psychedelic Trance, Goa, Electro, and Ambient.

Minimal techno and acid productions have been highly influenced by the works of Plastikman (Richie Hawtin). Dub techno works have been influenced by Basic Chanel (including Chain Reaction + Rythm & Sound) and Deepchord.

These recordings have been made with a relatively extensive array of vintage analogue synthesizers. Almost no software has been used. Any software used would have been strictly for small MIDI sequencing parts and very small amounts of sampling. With few exceptions, tracks were all recorded live with no multitrack layering. Almost all dub recordings were either recorded on reel 2 reel or type iv (metal) bias tape.

All recordings are copyrighted under Silverdroid with the exception of all tracks recorded after 2003 (Signals & Systems). Any reproduction, sampling, or any other form of un-authorized usage is strictly prohibited.
