Tony Silva is a multifaceted artist, musician, dancer, designer and teacher. The son of two sculptors, Tony grew up in a highly creative atmosphere in a New York City artists' community called Westbeth. He earned his BFA in dance in 1994 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he also focused on electronic music, bronze casting and design. Silva now lives with his wife Michelle Marroquin in Northampton, MA where he continues to explore the relationship between dance, music, sculpture, dreams, reality and mythology.
