Who is Silly Connolly? ;

Silly Connolly is a wacked out comedian and musician based in Ireland. He believes he is the long lost lovechild of Billy Connolly.

He has appeared on British and irish television many times over the last couple of years including BBC's Upstaged , ITV's Britain's Got Talent and RTE's Podge and Rodge Show.

He performs all over the UK and Ireland and further afield as he prepares to take his Billy Connolly Tribute show to other countries.

He is the first man in history to do an All Ireland Pub Crawl and survive. During the event his story was followed by the national press and he guested on every radio station in the country.

Silly also made headline news and appeared on the front cover of Daily Ireland newspaper after being banned from a rural Irish radio station simply because of his association with Billy Connolly

Fans of Billy Connolly adore Silly's mapcap antics ,gags and below the belt comedy songs. Since making his first appearance on stage in 2003 Silly's popularity continues to grow.

He guests on radio stations all over the UK and Ireland regularly and always manages to cause plenty of mayhem!

He writes his own comedy songs and material in the style of the comedy legend.His act is based upon the style of Classic Billy Connolly and involves a mix of jokes,anecdotes, classic Connolly tunes and original musical compositions.

He has just released his debut comedy and music album entitled, "Silly Connolly - ON AIR" ;a 21 track comedy and music extravaganza. It is available to purchase online via HMV.
