I come from a street background with extensive fighting experience and have trained students who up to now are effective fighters in the street and the ring.
The quest is spiritual growth that includes survival.

There are lots of misconceptions and misrepresentations of how to train in Internal Kung Fu to develop fighting skill in internal martial arts. I have a lot of real fighting experience and have successfully trained many people over the years who have been consistently using Internal Kung Fu styles successfully in real life encounters and in the ring.
Hopefully those in who seek more knowledge will gain from these periodic post.
