Very nice boat, but I'm not sure about the safety factor of riding on the deck. Don't try this in Michigan -- it's very illegal and the water cops come down hard on this type of thing, especially when the offenders are not wearing PFDs.

You guys make a wonderful boat. The balance is spot on, with no tendency of the bow coming up too high, and that 26 degree v-bottom really cuts the waves to pieces. Old school proven designs and craftsmanship often trumps new technology. It looks like she rides like a Cadillac!!

They should move the races back to Grand Haven -- it's way to calm at the south end during the summer. Offshore races are looking more like nascar -- round and round in a circle on a flat track. I miss the old days of flying off 6 and 8 footers in the open ocean or Great Lakes.
