Supported by the California Immunization Coalition, the "Shot by Shot: Stories of Vaccine-preventable Diseases" project aims to collect video testimonies of peoples personal experiences with vaccine-preventable diseases (visual histories) to help illuminate and preserve the human experience of the diseases, as well as to create an ongoing, lasting database that can be called upon for training, educational, and awareness purposes. The videos will be housed on a dedicated website for the public to learn how vaccine-preventable diseases impact peoples lives.
