The VM120 12 inch touch screen monitor comes with a 12V cigarette adapter for the car, so it should be fine. I would not recommend the VM120 as a car monitor, since it is not very bright. I would recommend the VM70, VM80L, V70-XB and VM92 instead. They're smaller but much brighter.

I supposed you wouldn't know, but I wanted to give a shot anyway. I've checked in the Argentinian customs webpage, the Argentinian national postal service among others, but they do not provide the specific data I need now...it is so frustrating . Well I wanted to thank you again for the constant feedback.

It's best that you check with your local post office (perhaps it is in their website). I wish we could get this information, but it's very difficult, especially since we serve all countries around the world and our staff is proficient only in English.

thanks for the response! Do you know more or less the customs taxes this products must pay in countries of south America? Uruguay and Argentina to be more specific. Lets suppose my purchase won't pass the 400 dolars. Any comment on this will be helpful. I can not find any info about this issue.

Thanks for your suggestion. Our camera actually adjusts the contrast, which makes the background darker than it is. The video was made indoors next to windows on a sunny day. The VM70 can handle sunshine in a car. Our brightest monitor, the VM80L, has LED backlighting and is even better at handling sunshine.

I wonder how good it looks the Vm70 7" with sunshine. The video shows it in the dark all the time, but the car is not always so dark. I'm really interested in that monitor.
