I am an ACE/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, a WBFF Pro Figure Competitor, the WBFF Figure World Champion 2008, FAME Fitness Model World Champion 2008, and professional fitness model. I offer personal training at the Hitch Fit Gym in Kansas City, MO. I also offer online training and nutrition programs, weight loss programs and fitness model programs online, so I get the opportunity to work with people worldwide and help them achieve the body of their dreams!

My goal is to inspire, educate and motivate others to lead a more fit and healthy lifestyle. I work with people from competitors to those struggling with morbid obesity.
