It takes practice. Best thing to do in my eyes is use every sample you come across even if you don't like it. It really makes you use your ears and creativity true it might not be the best song you've created but its good practice none the less

I can see this improving kick speed! but in order to kick higher you need to work on flexibility which those bands wont help with

Why are they trying to kick each others trucks? Break the damn knee if your going to kick or the ANKLE end it quick.... each time dude in the red kicked the skinny guy could have just side stepped into and under the leg and clipped him the ground game over
