1. Apparently Caffeine can cause memory reduction in mice. However, it has also been stated that it may be a productive drug for healing Alzheimers, a memory reduction disease. Caffeiene has experenced studies which have enabled mice to do better on tests, rather than mice that have just taken water. I personally don't believe caffeine is good to keep in a persons system due to my past experiences with energy drinks. It can cause an increased heart-rate. My question is how exactly does caffeiene help memory and are their any negatie side effects to this drug?
2. So apparently drinking coffee can help reduce the chances of getting Prostate Cancer. And it is in the "coffee" rather than just the "caffeine". Okay, well I have concern with this being true as I have read studies that say coffee is a negative habit. What methods besides testing the people do they have to back-up these results. Harvard is a legit school of biologists, buyt can it cause other cancers rather than just prevent Prostate Cancer?
3. Researchers have discovered that types of diabetes can be caught by people lacking the amount of "deep sleep". My opinion on this, well it makes sense due when you are in a deep sleep your body is resting and metabolism is taking place and what-not. The researchers used males between the ages of 20-31 for guinea pigs, as they claimed their results were right. Personally, I'd rather see more accurate results testing people of all ages, or is it just in the human "growing ages (up to 18 Girls) (Up to 21 Guys). But seeing as rest is an essential method of healing for the organic human body, I can personally agree to this.
4. Now coffee appears as a healing stimulent for Breast Cancer. There is support stating that woman with a certain genetic mutation have higher risks of getting the cancer, but coffee may help with it. My question is what ingredient in the coffee is the suffiecient source of health, the coffee beans, or the affluent caffeine?
5. A proper proportion of chocolate has displayed in studies that it can regulate blood pressure in a healthy way. I certainly agree with this theory seeing as how chocolate has many essential vitamins and calcium in it. It can keep the blood flow proper along with the blood concentration of blood sugar. My question is what essential vitamin is consisted in chocolate that makes this possible?
