Proverbs 12:18 There are those who speak like the thrusts of a sword, but the tongue of the wise heals. Obviously God feels the same about what our words can do eh?) I decided to listen to the expert (God)..I also have lots of other interests and I store recipes etc on here so i can source them when i need them..I have a family and recipes are sooooo helpful lol xo

I am a German Samoan..for those who dont know are similar to the Hawaiins...I come from a huge family..Happily married and we have 3 beautiful kids..Family is sooo important to Samoans. I enjoy fitness and love looking good for my lovely hubby lol...being healthy for my kids too...they are worth sticking around for eh?
