The meaning of "overwork" is 働き過ぎ、過労. It can also be used as a verb as in "The boss overworks his subordinates" (上司は部下をこき使う）. The usual translation for 残業 is "overtime" or "working late" or "working after hours". Great lesson though.　残業しすぎないようにね　残業手当はつく？　笑

tabemono no sukikirai ga hageshi hito （食べ物の好き嫌いが激しい人）or　aji ni urusai hito（ 味にうるさい人） would work. A little different meanings though. The former means there are lots of foods you don't like and the latter means you are fussy about the taste.

The stone garden he is referring to at 3:00 is almost certainly the famous karesansui garden at Ryouanji Temple. ３：００に仰った"stone garden"は龍安寺での有名な枯山水のではないでしょうか。龍安寺はとてもいいお寺ですね。そこのつくばいがとっくに好き。­。。”吾, 唯, 足, 知”という素敵な漢字が掘られています。
