I tried this back in April with my buddy I was scared as hell when I got to the top all geard up and looking down. But after the jump it was awesome I will do it again for sure! :)

@PanaceaWanted Yes all breads are considered processed, even whole grain wheat breads but look on the back of the bread it will have sugar in it that is porcessed. The you will want to get is sprouted bread that is what I go with and it digest very well it taste good and it's good for you. Take ...
