Goals. He has been certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) since 1996. Rob has been successful as a Competitive bodybuilder, winning his weight class in the Mr. Cincinnati contest and placing second in his weight class at the Natural Mr. Ohio contest. This experience has helped him effectively assist clients with meal planning and supplementation.
