I also developed diabetes after taking a zpack... My sugar read 278. A1c was 9.5
I refused to accept the diagnosis and changed my diet... no pop, almost no bread, only chicken and vegetables... more water, no juices, or diluted only... 4 months later my A1c is 6.5. doctor put me on medformin...
