Hey, i'm Shelly.. i like music, friends, concerts, orchestra, cheerleading, road trips, chinese food, church, cool hair, old fashion stuff, converse, hybrids, and randomness.. such as epic journeys and embarking into the great yonder.

Life.. Its short. That's all i can say. Temporary highs are what we live for today. Its been a long journey, and i'm still young. I have so many more songs that are still to be sung.

A song. A song is so much more than lyrics on a paper. It's a waste bin full of crumpled up scraps and notes. Its the bleeding of your cracked fingers after playing guitar in the top of your closet all night. Its tears, after a heartache that no one understands but you. A song is your heart screaming words before your mind can. A song is a sweet melody that flows straight from your soul and crash lands on the paper. A song, is a gift. A gift only given to those who can handle such a huge blessing. A song is more than a note here and a note there. A song is a masterpiece, and there are only few great artists. -Shelly Jameson

I am in love with Jesus Christ. Who other than the man who died painfully upon the cross for my sins deserves my whole heart? It is amazing the miracles he did, and that he is doing through people today. My passion for him is burning. It sucks that our generation is so separated from him and his unfailing love. I believe that
*It is my job to show the love of Christ though my words and actions
*That we should be able to talk about God in school
*That Christianity is not a religion, it is a life style.
*That your past doesn't determine who you are.
*That no matter what you have done, you are still labeled as God's Child.
*That God loves everyone no matter what hell they have gone through.
*That he doesn't aprove of, but loves the thieves, the adulteress, the gays, the murderers, the rapists, the drug addicts, the liars, the cheaters, and the rest of the sinners.
*That even though you have sinned, you are not a "sinner" you are a child of God.
*That Jesus Christ is the son of God, concieved by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin, Mary. He was crusified to set us free, and rose again three days later.
*Jesus is with us. So let him show his great love to you.
