uhh..... im sorry but why were these parents not held accountable for this tragic event??? Why was a puppy being put to sleep for the actions of the parents??? something seems really wrong with the system here!!!

why are they booty dancing in front of those small children????!!!!!! not real sure i would be proud of this!!! what kind of park is this exactly anyway???
