If people are dyign every day due to the hospital turning them away, those hospitals are breaking the law. Our right to life is enforced and paid for by the gov't. You go to the emergency room with a life threatening issue, you get treatment. The state pays for it. Have you thought that those beggars asking you to pay for treatment (and I doubt there is more than one) isn't just scamming you or is delusional? Beggars aren't known for their reliability. So you take the mentally ill, homeless guy's word for it, that the hospitals are breaking the law, huh?
