Thanks, I too have Panic Disorder and have Bipolar Illness. Click my uploads and at the top click Panic Attacks I have a video for it as well as phobiad. Most of all I have longer videos in Facebook check out my videos there too. Also on my site I have a pretty long MP3 for Panic Attacks Eboni as well. So those are 3 really good options.
