I have been fit my entire life until a car wreck changed my life. Went from 185 pounds of pure muscle to 8 months in bed and ended up close to 300 pounds. I am now 220 pounds and want to be your accountability as I am working on a FREE home workout DVD boot camp.

I am currently a certified personal trainer at 3rd degree fitness in Hot Springs Arkansas and I am here to help you get back to your AWESOME for your age!
