I have coached many athletes for many different goals. Ironman's, HalfIronman, Adventure Racing (3+ days long), many triathlons, road races, Marathons, Half Marathons and many other endurance races. I have also Personal Trained clients to reach their goals whether it be weight loss, body building, or overall fitness lifestyle. As a Trainer I teach clients about Body analysis, weight loss, Nutrition, strength training, and cardio training. Not only have I coached many of my clients for these types of races and weight loss but I have also competed in many of the same races.
