I am trying everything and nothing works..please help!!

Ipad 3.2 jailbreak with spirit, efter jailbreak cydia cannot run, notice the spirit status bar is not running all the way up..is that the problem?w...

Had the spirit to run cydia but no luck..did restore, did spirit, did new ipad user in iTunes and cydia keep on crashing..please help!
