Condoms are not foolproof. As proof look at all the fools having babies these days. Or look at our climbing rates of HIV/AIDS, herpese, syphallis or other STD's. Condoms burst. They rip and tear. They have defects in the latex which can not be removed because they are actually in the material of the latex itself. If nothing else using a condom requires that you actually USE THE CONDOM! How many people have forgotten to slip one of those on in the heat of passion?

Even when they are used properly condoms don't always work.

But when abstinence is used properly it always works. 100% of the time. No exceptions.
