The blast happened in a southern section of Sadr City that is larged controlled by U-S and Iraqi troops. Two of the Americans killed were civilians. The other two were soldiers. Another U-S soldier was wounded in the attack. Six Iraqi civilians died. Ten were wounded. Troops captured a man who tested positive for bomb residue shortly after the attack.The bombing came as U-S commanders have been working to restore and promote local administrations.
