This is easy.If you are serious about slimming down. Do high intensity, interval training. It's very short.first remember to not do it every day. Your heart needs rest. Do it every OTHER day.

1. warm up with a walk for 2 minutes or light jogging.
A. sprint as fast as you possibly can for i. 15 seconds or ii. 20 seconds or iii. 30 seconds or iv. 45 seconds
B. WALK for 90 seconds
2. do A and B six times.

You'll find very very quickly you'll drop the weight. For the sprinting part, try to go as fast as you possibly can, and i mean go all out. This is where you'll lose all your weight, if you can't do 30 seconds, try 20 or 15. work up to 45 seconds. But, don't sacrifice how fast you go for the sake of doing it longer. go as fast as you can during the sprint. If you're not sweating and tired the first time you sprinted, then you didn't go fast enough. This is going to release endorphins, and hormones immediately throughout the body. It's going to directly tap into fat energy as emergency energy.

Rule of Law:

1. take a multivitamin with no iron in it

2. eat lean steak once a week

3. eat chicken breast 3 times a week

4. eat celery every day and as much of it daily as you can stand

5. drink your weight in ounces in water for example if you weigh 150lbs, drink 150 oz. ONLY DRINK WATER. no juices, no soda.

6. rest an entire 8 hours of sleep nightly at the same time each time of night, for example i you go to bed at 8pm always go at 8 pm

7. work out the same time of day every day, for example if you work out at 2pm always work out at 2pm

8. eat 4 slices of multi-grain bread daily. no white rice, no white flour

9. do not smoke. do not eat candy. do not eat cakes or cookies EXCEPT pound cake [for some reason it's not bad for you] but don't buy pound cake in a package.

10. eat lots of "berries" black berries, strawberries,cherriess etc.

11. eat a banana before every meal. You don't have to eat a whole one, eat half at least.
