i saw one like that....exactly like that...a ball of light. Though i didnt catch it on cam as i was kinda shock...The ball of light i saw was even blinking in a way like an eye acknowledging my presence. It was like we were looking eye to eye..Its kinda spooky that i see this vid. IT IS REAL.

In prison they can only do so much...if dancing can take away for the moment the burdens in their lives and give them a sense of pride in doing something that is good and socially acceptable...then that cross-dressing is forgiveable. Its a feel good activity...:)
