@KoukaShinobi - "KoukaShinobi" you are 100% correct I went back and watched all that you wrote, you are right, Anshu did nothing wrong. SHE DID DO VARIATIONS OF THE HISTORICAL KATA, but she also stated that they were henka too.

About this user

I have been studying martial arts for over 20 years as well as retired from the Army. I have trained in a many of different arts such as Karate, Judo, Krav Maga, Bujinkan and Jujitsu. Achieved Black Belts or higher in American Kenpo Karate, Jujitsu and Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.

I am currently a student of the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo headed by Anshu Christa Jacobson. I Started training with Anshu in 2004, by far she is the best that I have trained with! She backs it all up by actions! I met her and Kobayashi Sensei at a Stealth Camp in St. Louis, MO. Once I trained with Anshu I knew that it was the martial art for me. She holds very true tradition, yet she trains and teaches with a burning fire to excel.

The Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo is a traditional school of Ninjutsu that teaches 7 old warrior traditions. These traditions are:

Tenjin Ryu Jujutsu
Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu
Koto Ryu Koppojutsu
Gyokko Ryu Kosshijutsu
Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu
Tomo Ryu Shinobijutsu
Koka Ryu Dakentaijutsu
