ShadoeVision was an "Comedy Experiment" on HBO/Cinemax that was created and produced by Shadoe Stevens in 1986. The group responsible for the Fred Rated television commercials - Chuck Cirino, Dave Nichols, Michael Hill, Chris Culverhouse, and Ed Freeman, Royce Steele, along with Carmi Zlotni, Scott Altizer, and a team of Illuminarians - created cutting edge production design utilizing multi-media exploration, and a complex, intricate, hyperactive editing style. Many of the techniques implemented in this show were later adopted by MTV and others.
Spin Magazine said, ""Imagine Monty Python's Flying Circus and the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, crashing into a wall at 200 mile an hour, the exact moment of impact held like a note for 60 minutes
of brain-in-the-Cuisinart futuristic comedy. That's what Shadoevision feels like."

KEITH INGSTAD
This is a salute to Keith "The Hooker" Ingstad, a North Dakota basketball legend whose energy, attitude and enthusiasm were bigger than life. He didn't drink, smoke, use drugs, curse or fight, and was a winner throughout his life with toy stores, clothing stores, go cart tracks, fireworks stands, and a hundred other things. MENTALRADIO
MENTALRADIO - begins April 23rd..on a new website we're building www.mentalradio.net and in pre-launch on a station in Lake Tahoe - kthoradio.com - a 3 hour show, noon-3pm Saturdays and Sundays being groomed for being a daily show for syndication in the near future.
I host, with Sam Frees (exceptional former KROQ-FM personality now called "Dr. Freeze"), and a brilliant comedian/performer named "Sarge" who describes himself as a black Jew overachiever, but he was also a child prodigy - a guy who - from the age of 5 - could play anything he hears once like a concert pianist.
It's a theatrically produced "show about everything" - consciousness, the power of intention, conspiracies, aliens, mind over matter, celebrities in trouble, and the top five tunes of the week. It brings humor, energy, and irreverence to sacred topics typically talked about in earnest, hushed tones and new-age reverence by people like Depak, Dyer, and George Noory.
We'll be exploring the madness in world culture and all the weird things going on with conversation and interviews, in a landscape of incredible production, jingles, and ideas like the attached promos and artwork. Tell your friends. I'll tell more about it in the days to come.
