Pin works, but here's another option: ....take a long, stiff piece of wire, (coat hanger maybe) feed it into one hole all the way thru to other hole ...attach hoodie string to end of wire when it pops out other side, (tape if needed) then simply PULL the wire back thru dragging the string with. ...

No Damage??? There is NO HEAT IRON good for hair. HEAT is HEAT and it does damage. Anyone who thinks a HOT ceramic tourmaline tool isn't damaging, think again. 300 degrees on hair does damage.
