not a romanian.. romanian is not bending the legs. Romanian is all lower back and they are very bad for you. Also your back will respond to romanian deadlifts with lower weight. Using 200+ unless a pro powerlifter is generally too much for romanian deadlifts.

@StanTheYeti and yeah the females have smaller bodies but they made the hit radius the same. Youll notice sometimes youll shoot off a females body but it'll still register the hit. Its goofy but they did it to make it fair and give no one person advantage.
