About Me:
After ten years of service I have been medically retired from the military, and now what? The VA had my back, so that makes it easier. I miss my brothers and sisters in arms. I wish they would have let me stay in. What do you do when all you have known is -POOF- gone. It's all good. I know the big man upstairs has got my back as well. I am truly blessed and thankful. My sis and family are finally back, and I am looking in to buying a house. There are two things I know that are true. I have heard it all my life, and blew it off. Everything happens for a reason and MOM IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Thanks to all who are serving and have served. The freedoms I have spoken about are in front of me because of the good Lord and YOU. That is all.

I was finally awarded my purple heart. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 years! Thanks to everyone who never stopped pushing, no matter what we were told. I am so thankful. Thank God, I am honored beyond words. I will think of the soldiers of the 505th EVERY time I look at this blessing.
