A great song without a doubt. I think I just listened to all the other covers and personally, I think it has to be the original version, although I do like the Carpenters arrangement. Karen had a tremendous singing voice.

The earlier versions or performances of this song were all right, but by 1970 they had perfected their craft and were just a top notch band. Awesome song.
