I was at this show. Memory is a big foggy *cough-cough* but I'm almost certain Journey was also part of this lineup at Winterland. Pablo Cruise opened? That's my story.

Even though this is a Coverdale-Hughes song, it has Tommy Bolin all over it. Especially, at the 4:15 mark onward. Unfortuantely, TB was on a self-destructive path.

@lencycler1 The singer is Joe Lynn Turner. He join DP replacing Ian Gillan, making him their fourth singer. Turner recorded just one album, Slaves & Masters.

@rpscot don't think original Montrose lineup was together for Paper Money. Alan Fitzgerald replaced Bill Church on Bass before album was recorded. Still impressive you got see that tour though.

Too much synth. Great song but sounded better on Paper Money.

Believe the tune is called California Blues. Off Live II. Just saw these guys in June of 2011. Great energy and show. For those of you hanging onto the past: let it go! Foghat is on a huge tour through the end of the year. Check 'um out.

One of the better songs from Warner Brother's Presents album. Ronnie shines but unfortunately, Bob James vocals are weak here. FYI: Ronnie still plays a tune from this album, Twenty Flight Rock, even today. Not sure about any others.

not only is this an uber-cool video but one heck of a commercial. best i've seen in years. Sing it out loud....snappy tune by Asteroids Galaxy Tour too.
